I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The room with a full kitchen was a great bonus, and it even had Qtips and cotton balls. The location was incredibly quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. One memorable moment was when we encountered a raccoon near the pool gate, and we let him pass through and scamper up the hill. The staff provided excellent customer service, and we enjoyed the various activities, including art and crafts. The price was very reasonable, and it made us want to come back for another stay. Special thanks to Hunter, who was caring and respectful, and the housekeeping staff who significantly improved their service.

our recent stay in ramona was perfect. the spacious room had all the basics and nice extra touches. we loved the relaxing atmosphere, the pool, and jacuzzi. the weather here is amazing. exceeded our expectations.

Walkway in building four needs fixing.

The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially during the Xmas season. the location was perfect, with plenty of outdoor activities such as tennis, swimming, and biking. the washer/dryer was a life-saver, allowing us to wash our clothes after using the pool.

The Wi-Fi was not reliable, making it difficult to stream shows and movies. the noise level from the upstairs condo was bothersome at times, making it hard to relax.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful and offered great customer service. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a balcony with BBQ grill, a tennis court, and various indoor games to play with our son. We also appreciated the availability of a washer/dryer and the clean and comfortable accommodations.

The rental was very spacious with all the basic amenities we needed for our stay. We particularly enjoyed using the included kitchen and washer dryer. The location was convenient as it was in the center county with minimal traffic on the bike trail and road. We also loved the weather during our holiday.

The check-in counter was far away from the rooms and there were no food options or vending machines. It was necessary to have a car as there was no public transportation available.

We love the spacious rooms and the beautiful views from this hotel. The customer service is excellent and the staff is always helpful. The pool and jacuzzi area is very relaxing, and we also enjoyed using the community pool in the park. The weather in this area is perfect for a getaway. It's a great place to stay for a family visit.

The wifi connection is not good, and sometimes we had trouble streaming Netflix.

Spent Xmas with my family and we had a blast! The rental came with a kitchen and washer/dryer which was perfect for the occasion. The location was great for exploring the county and the amenities were very convenient including the gym and pool. Plus, the place was spacious enough for us to be comfortable during our stay.

The signal strength of the Wi-Fi wasn't great, which was frustrating when watching Netflix, but thankfully we found some good TV channels to watch. , we could hear people walking around in the condo above us, which wasn't ideal.
